One night a king had a dream. He saw a dark shade commanding him,’O King! Reach the right destination before sunset tomorrow.’

The king astonishingly enquired,’ What for?’

‘I’m’death.’The hour of death is nearing you. Don’t forget to reach the right place at the right time I’II comes there to receive you.’

Panic-stricken king broke out in a sweat. He got up and thought’s! It did not mention the place.’

Had death mentioned the place, would the king reach that place? Definitely he would have fled somewhere else..

In the morning the king narrated his dream to his ministers and sought their advice,’ I’m extremely afraid of death. I don’t want to die. Please suggest me the way to escape.’

The ministers advised,’ Honorable king! It would be better for you to ride a horse and flee. Since you had a dream in the precincts of this palace, it could be possible that death is hovering over your palace. And in the evening it will take you along. Your majesty! Quickly run away from this place!’

The king hurriedly galloped away on a horse till the sunset. He crossed the border of his kingdom and went far beyond.

When the sun was about to set, he halted at a place. He dismounted the horse and fondly caressed it, “ Well done my dear! You’ve brought me far away. I’m highly grateful!”
