-      Now put little Epsom salts into the sesame oil and let it warm little on gas.

-      Now take fresh and pure cotton let the cotton wet in oil and then put it on the effected body part of oil.

-      Now tied bandage there.

After some time thorn will come out itself without any pain and all will be well without any further more problem.
